- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER a partir de la fecha, los términos procesales del expediente RE-380, correspondiente al Decreto Legislativo 0175 de 2025, "[p]or el cual se adoptan medidas tributarias destinadas a atender los gastos del Presupuesto General de la Nación necesarios para hacer frente al estado de conmoción interior decretado en la región del Catatumbo, el área metropolitana de Cúcuta y los municipios de Río de Oro y González del departamento del Cesar".
- SEGUNDO. DISPONER que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta el día hábil siguiente a la publicación del comunicado de prensa de la decisión que se adopte respecto del Decreto Legislativo 274 de 2025. A partir de ese momento, se reanudará la contabilización de términos.
- TERCERO. La Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional realizará las anotaciones correspondientes en el expediente de la referencia.
